About the project
Muio is an AI-powered text and image generation platform that helps sellers generate high-quality product descriptions efficiently and cost-effectively.
Setting tasks and goals
The main objective was to develop a platform that would enable sellers to quickly create product descriptions using the power of artificial intelligence. This required the creation of the following key components, adapted for PCs, tablets, and smartphones:
  • Quizzes: interactive surveys for collecting relevant product information.
  • Editor: a tool for creating and editing text and images.
  • Admin Panel: a project management panel, including tables, account settings, payment, and other functions.

At the beginning of the work there were only a few screens with basic functions, and it was necessary to develop and think through the complete logic of all the other functions.
To solve this problem, I held regular calls with the PM and the team, developing scenarios and user stories to integrate all the logic into
a single system.

At the initial stage of the project, there was no design system or UI kit, which created difficulties in ensuring a consistent and intuitive interface.
I created a full-fledged design system and UI kit, which not only ensured visual consistency of the interface but also significantly simplified subsequent work on the project. This experience was a significant step forward in my professional development.
Problem 3
Solution
During my work, I encountered complex elements, such as tables, where it was necessary to write out in detail all the conditions for each cell and its contents.
To solve this problem, I organized calls with the front-end developers to understand the layout process and how to formulate requirements correctly. I thought through how the interface could scale so that I could immediately establish a correct page layout. Given the numerous roles and entities, an error at this stage could have serious consequences down the line.
Quiz Section
This section offers users a step-by-step process for creating product descriptions. After registering, users answer questions, upload or select a product photo, specify its category and specifications, select a platform for listing, and then receive a generated text description with the ability to edit keywords. Based on the entered data, artificial intelligence creates the product card styles (design) and generates the text description.
Personal Account section
The admin panel includes a project management table, allowing you to track and edit all project information. Users can access account settings to edit personal information and preferences. The payment settings section allows you to manage payment methods, view transaction history,
and download invoices.
Working on this project proved to be a significant challenge, as I was the sole designer responsible for all aspects of the interface development. This experience allowed me to significantly expand my skills, particularly in creating complex elements such as project management tables, and also to learn how to effectively formulate requirements for developers. I currently also conduct design reviews, which helps maintain the quality and consistency of interfaces. Working on this project has been an important step in my professional development.
